Terms & Conditions for Hotel Sweta & Banquet Halls

Welcome to Hotel Sweta & Banquet Halls. We are committed to providing a memorable stay and event experience. By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking Policy

  • All reservations are subject to availability and must be confirmed via email or phone.
  • A valid government-issued ID must be provided upon check-in for all guests.
  • Advance payment of 50% of the total booking cost is required to confirm the reservation.
  • For banquet hall bookings, a 30% advance deposit is required at the time of booking.

2. Check-in and Check-out

  • Check-in time: 13:00 PM
  • Check-out time: 11:00 AM
  • Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

3. Room Rates and Charges

  • Room rates are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Taxes as applicable will be added to the room rates.
  • Extra charges apply for additional services like room service, laundry, and minibar usage.

4. Banquet Hall Usage

  • The usage of the banquet hall is subject to the event’s time frame as agreed upon at the time of booking.
  • Any damage to the property or equipment during the event will be charged to the client.
  • Noise levels must be kept within permissible limits as per hotel policy and local laws.
  • Any additional services such as decorations, catering, and audiovisual equipment must be confirmed in advance.

5. Guest Conduct

  • Guests are expected to respect hotel staff, property, and other guests.
  • Any disruptive behavior, illegal activities, or property damage may result in the guest being asked to leave, with no refund given.
  • Smoking is prohibited in all rooms and indoor areas. Designated smoking areas are available.

6. Pet Policy

  • Pets are not allowed within hotel rooms or banquet halls.

7. Cancellation Policy

  • For Room Bookings:
    • Cancellations made 48 hours before the check-in date will receive a full refund.
    • Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in will forfeit the advance payment.
  • For Banquet Hall Bookings:
    • Cancellations made 15 days prior to the event date will receive a full refund.
    • Cancellations made between 7 and 15 days before the event will receive a 50% refund.
    • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event are non-refundable.

8. Payment Methods

  • Payments can be made via credit card, debit card, UPI, bank transfer, or cash.
  • Full payment for rooms is required at check-in.
  • For banquet hall events, the remaining balance is due one day before the event.

9. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the cancellation is confirmed.
  • In case of payment by credit card or online transfer, the refund will be credited back to the original payment method.
  • Any service charges or bank fees related to processing the payment will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • No refunds will be granted for early check-outs or unused services once the stay has begun.

10. Liability

  • Hotel Sweta & Banquet Halls is not responsible for loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings during the stay or event.
  • Guests are responsible for ensuring that personal belongings are secured and insured.

11. Force Majeure

  • Hotel Sweta & Banquet Halls is not liable for failure to perform any obligation due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, pandemics, government regulations, or any other force majeure events.

12. Amendments to Terms

  • The hotel reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will be available on our website.
